People power - Gala Coral Group.

A well trained and well informed workforce is key to any business success. Maybe this is why the Gala Coral Group are now the largest integrated betting and gaming company in Europe. Perhaps not at the heart of their success but we'd like to think it's feeding a major vital organ is their Learning and Career Development Programme. This Welcome Pack and Induction Manual helps chart the progress of new and existing employees as they follow their particular career path within the Gala Coral business. Baboon were originally commissioned to supply an updated version of the existing "Pack" however, with a little persuasion we were allowed to provide a new alternative design concept for consideration. It was a bit of a gamble (all puns intended) on our part but we're happy to report that the new design was very well received and approved by all concerned. The new "Packs" will be launched and in circulation throughout the Group during January.
